I doubt this will become a regular entry, but I do love sleestaks ever since they entertained me a on Saturday mornings chasing those pesky humans around. Here are a picture of the boys (maybe girls hard to tell) posing for a group photo before they went hunting. Before dawn they returned with nothing to show for their efforts because they are using the most useless crossbows of all time.
Have a great Sleestak Sunday. Sorta hisses right off the tongue.
I LOVE SLEESTAK!!!!!
ReplyDeletePlease do make this a regular feature!
: ) Good Stuff!
ReplyDeleteSleestaks are the best villains ever! Did you know that Sid & Marty Krofft had Pro Basketball players don the Sleestak cosumes?
ReplyDeleteI never watched that series, but reading up on the Sleestak now I wish I had. Ideas in bags there.
ReplyDeleteIf not Sleestak, you could always do a different 's' every week to keep it fresh.
What the hell is a sleestak?
ReplyDeleteLurker > Oh no. No. No. You don't know about the Sleestak? If you ever get the chance watch Land of the Lost (not the movie, but if that's all you have available I guess it will do) probably one of the best monster races created for a 70s kid show. They are the best.
ReplyDeleteCarter > What is not to love?
Bill > Oh it is. I have the first two seasons on DVD and plan on popping in an episode or two later.
Atom > They were high school basketball players, but one of them was Bill Laimbeer who turned into a pro and won a few championships. Can you imagine his resume, 2-time world NBA champ and played a Sleestak. How could you not hire him.
Porky > They are my favorites form forever. Once you go Sleestak you can never go back.
Simply Sibilant!
ReplyDeleteAh, Sleestaks. Gotta love 'em.
ReplyDeleteEverything is better with Sleestaks. And Klingons. :)
ReplyDeleteRob > Yesss it issssssssss.
ReplyDeleteTrey > I think you do have to love them.
Christian > And zombies!
Ditto on the sleestak love.
